I haven’t been so great lately at keeping up with regular blog posts because this is the busy season, and so far it’s our busiest busy season yet. We are attending new markets and our CSA has increase by 40%. We are busy, and so happy! Here’s a little look into what has been going on with us!
Bouquets for our first CSA pick up!
Easter Egg Radish and Purple Plum Radish. Both are super tasty!
We set up a market stand at Rudie’s Seafood and Sausage during their crawfish boil.
Chocolate mint, peppermint, oregano, lemon balm, and sage for the market.

This is my dear friend and partner in crime, Jamie. She has an amazing lil’ jam project called Brownlee Preserving Co. You can find her on instagram (link at bottom of page) and find her goodies at our CSA and at the Rudie’s market.
Our first 2015 CSA basket.
Lots of yumminess.
Here is our CSA set up with Brownlee Preserving Co., Double N Urban Farm, and Double N Apothecary Tables.
I love harvest day. Here we have collards, spring onions, kohlrabi, kale, arugula, and red mustard.
A few of our rows during the rain shower we had while harvesting.
The tomatoes are coming along beautifully.
The potatoes are starting to flower.
I am obsessed with the color of this ceiling and the sky and think these two colors will be in our home soon.
We keep expanding and are bursting at the seams!
The first 2015 CSA line up!
We also had an amazing write up by our friend’s at Porter Road Butcher! We will have a little produce and apothecary stand there the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month during our growing season. Come visit us those days from 4-7pm and check out the amazing article HERE. If you are looking for just apothecary goods, we will be at the Barefoot Farmer CSA pick up every other Monday afternoon starting June 8th, and at Rudie’s Seafood and Sausage alongside Brownlee Preserving Co. everything other Saturday beginning June 6th! We hope to see you at some of these amazing events!
