The Vernal Equinox is a good time to set out intentions and be thankful for with where we have come. It is also the time to start living how you see yourself and how you want to be; to set things into action.
Here are a few of the things I am thankful for:
The smell of damp spring earth.
Friends and family.
Support from our community.
Planting the seeds that will feed us and the seeds of our intentions.
The health and happiness of those around me.
And here are a few of the intentions I am setting:
To be the healthiest version of myself.
To love openly and honestly.
To take care of my spiritual being.
To stay grounded in my passions.
To live out of love and hope instead of fear.
Enjoy this very special Equinox and if you’d like, please share with us your intentions and what you are thankful for.
